if you need somebody to motivate you to work out, don’t even bother
a personal trainer can help you get trough the hard times, but for the most you have to motivate yourself

great workout! i was just wondering what is the difference between increasing the reps as you go more into your sets as opposed to decreasing them
i’m guessing you decrease them when you add more weight and add them when you go lighter?

dan,
i can usually manage on crunches, but i’m having a harder time with push ups
cardio is by far my worst
i am currently only running a 11:30 mile
there is nothing i want to do more in my life than enlist in the marine corps
to me, running is the hardest exercise to do especially in a time limit
any suggestions for lower my pft run times and making it less hard to run? like breathing techniques?

i’ve been doing this workout for the past week and i love it!! i have a question though about the 4 sets of 6-12
am i supposed to start with my 6 rep max weight and decrease the weight slowly or just stay at one moderate weight?
im want to become a marine infantryman and im looking for workouts for a beginner
im just starting and im really ouy of shape

back in 2010 i used the bodyweight exercises at home from this site
i joined a gym, quit that gym and exercising
now i’m back to a new gym and getting results, i’ve changed my diet
i wanted to mix up my workout routine and this is exactly what i’m looking for
hi, for the last month i’ve been doing this workout combined with the daily marines corps workout
i’ve gotten great results!
here is what i’ve been doing so far
week 1: hard corps workout
week 2 (recovery) : marine crops daily workout
week 3: hard corps workout
week 4 (recovery)marine corps daily workout
personally i think this is great, weeks 2 and 4 you only do body weight exercises and cardio so it lets your body recover from the previous week
my recruiters want to ship me off to basic before the end of october
